Our client, a growing company, is looking to hire a Client Services Support Specialist to start right away.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the marketing schedule to align with organizational goals.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Manage Point of Sale (POS) operations and oversee related processes.
- Serve as the administrator for online database, ensuring accurate configuration and usage.
- Oversee and update website content, ensuring information is current and engaging.
- Perform day-to-day office duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with property management responsibilities, supporting operational and tenant-related activities.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for team members, ensuring efficient itineraries.
- Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, POS systems, and software administration
- Experience with website management and content updates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
